We know new baby skin is so fresh and soft so you may be anxious about trying new products. We gotchu! While all our products have skin soothing, protecting and moisturizing properties, we recommend testing any new product (other brands included!) on a small area before all-over application.

These products are best used within 24 months of opening.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Saucy Mama! We ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Processing times typically take between 7-10 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

What is your return policy?

By purchasing product on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Because our products are skincare in nature, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging. 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at marielle@hellosaucymama.com to set up an exchange. In order to receive an exchange, you must send us a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage.

For general returns of unopened products, a return ticket must be opened within 24 hours of delivery (based on available tracking info) - note that refund/exchange requests made after this time period will not be accepted. To return an item, you must ship the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging without any damage or tampering. The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for return packages that get lost, stolen or damaged.

PAO Policy: we will not accept returns or exchanges if your order was delivered more than 30 days prior to your return/exchange request date.
